Oh, my sweet, silly little Sam!
I can’t believe you’re 11 months old already!
You have the sweetest little smile with the cutest dimples. You melt me with those big brown eyes. You’re such a little ham — when you do something funny, you do it over and over just to get a laugh from us. God knew we needed a little comedian to brighten our days! You started crawling at about 9 months and you are in to everything! You’ve discovered a taste for dog food. You love to dig through mommy’s Tupperware drawer. You are fascinated by the springs behind the doors. You could watch the dogs for hours and squeal every time you see the. Your favorite game is to squeal until the dogs bark so that you can bark back at them. Your first word was “DaDa” (8/19) and your second word was “dog”. We’re still working on “MaMa”.
You are such a joy to me. I thank God daily for bringing you into my life. You are the perfect example of how He knows my needs long before I do. You have healed my heart and given me a renewed faith in His perfect plan.

Oh man, oh man! That guy is SO sweet and those eyes. My goodness how do you ever tell him no? I love how our God loves us enough to give us these sweet children just to remind us of that love. Isn’t that an amazing thought? He gave you Heath, and J and Sam just for an physical reminder of His love for you. He wants to make you smile, Erin. Thank you for finding such sweet joy in this little guy and knowing that God had such great purpose in placing him in your arms. So many people might have said no because they already had their hands full. And look what blessings have been poured down on you because of your willingness!!!

Oh my goodness. Your boys are so so so cute. I am so happy that you are posting again!! I know you must be incredibly busy, but I’m loving reading the updates. I’m praying for happy outcomes for both of the boys.

I don’t even know how I found your website, but I’m so very glad I did! It is so wonderful to see you and your husband with so much love in your hearts. Your boys are both so gorgeous! Regarding today’s post, I just can’t get enough of Sam’s big brown eyes! I’m surprised you haven’t melted away yet! I can’t even beging to imagine what you are going through with J. Just know that I am praying for all of you.

Yay!! You’re back!! i havent been checking in a while, and was sooo excited to catch up on all your news!! You’re boys are precious! Oh my goodness, so huggable!
you have so much going on right now, and the constant up and down with DHS… i can’t even imagine! you guys are AMAZING!! and you’re boys know it too! i am so glad that you got to spend Halloween with J, and I am praying Thanksgiving and Christmas too! Your strength is amazing Erin!!
ps- when is OK going to stop making cuts to gov. agencies, like DHS, who seriously need to have enough time/workers to do backround checks on crazy drug addicts, who are sober enough for about 10 minutes to pretend to want to be a parent!! (sorry, my soap box).
